You can use the tips for entering products in the module of Inquiries and Orders, namely when you fill in the parameters into the entry mask of the product you are about to ask or order.
1. TIP! The button 
next to the input mask drop-down parameter allows you to click through to the specification of each option. An image and description can help you choose. Use the Choose button to transfer your selection.
If you need more information, you can click the Documentation button 
in the upper right corner of the active window, which will direct you to your manufacturer's documentation and technical manuals.
2. TIP! The button 
at the input mask parameter allows you to click directly into the manufacturer's documentation.
3. TIP! If you find an icon 
next to a parameter, you can hover over it and an information box will be displayed specifying the parameter. For instance:
